Recipe - Boozy Bacon BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
• 1 pound pork tenderloin
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce
• Salt and pepper
• 4 Kaiser rolls
Coleslaw, optional
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2. Trim silver skin and fat from pork tenderloin. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a large heavy bottom skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and
brown on all sides. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
4. Apply Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce with a basting brush. Fold foil over pork
and pinch top and ends to seal well.
5. Bake 45-60 minutes until very tender. Pull pork into shreds with two forks.
Add additional sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve on buns with
coleslaw.
Recipe - Boozy Bacon Ribs

Ingredients
4 racks (approximately 4 pounds) baby back ribs
3 cans Guinness beer
11/2 gallons water (more if needed)
3 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Carolina's, Texas or Memphis Rub
1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce
Directions
1. In a large stock pot bring beer, water and rub to a boil and stir.
2. Cut each rack of ribs in half and place in boiling liquid. Be certain all ribs are
submerged (add more water if necessary).
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours partially covered.
4. Remove ribs onto a greased rimmed baking sheet and generously coat on
both sides with 1/2 of the bottle of Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce. (You can
prep to this point several hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate until ready
to grill.)
5. Finish ribs off on a medium hot grill. Baste often while on the grill.
6. Ribs can also be finished off in the oven at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
7. Serve with extra Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce
