Recipe - Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese topped with Salmon Bagel

2 Servings

Ingredients

2 pumpernickel bagels, cut in half and toasted

4 ounces whipped cream cheese

2-3 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam 6 ounces smoked salmon

1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

Fresh dill

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Roasted Garlic Onion Jam. Mix until uniform.

2. Spread flavored cream cheese over bottom half of each bagel. Top each with smoked salmon, cucumber and a few sprigs of fresh dill.

3. Place top half of bagel over dill and serve.
